Terms of Service
These terms cover the Streemee apps (iPhone and Android) and the website at streemee.app, including the CAM Social pages CAM Software uses to publish Streemee marketing videos. Streemee is a product of CAM Software / Cut Action Media.
What Streemee is
Streemee is a personal tracker for TV shows and movies you watch in the streaming apps you already use. It does not play catalog TV or movies in-app. “Open in…” and trailer actions leave Streemee and open another app or browser. Ads, when shown, are separate from catalog playback.
Who may use it
You must be at least 13. Do not use Streemee if you are under 13. If you use Streemee for a household share group, you are responsible for who you invite.
Your library
Titles you follow and watch checkmarks are stored on your device. Optional household sharing syncs only what you choose to share. You can remove titles, leave a household, or uninstall the app. See Delete data and the Privacy Policy.
CAM Social
CAM Social on streemee.app is CAM Software’s internal publisher. A CAM operator may connect a CAM-owned TikTok account and send a public marketing video into that account’s inbox as a draft. It is not the Streemee tracker, not a consumer social network, and not a way to play catalog shows or movies.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, APIs, or apps, or try to access other people’s libraries.
- Do not use Streemee to scrape streamer sites or to collect streamer passwords.
- Do not upload or send content you do not have the right to publish.
Catalog and third parties
Show and movie metadata and posters come from public catalog providers (TMDB and TVMaze). Payments for optional Remove Ads are handled by Apple or Google. Ads, when enabled, are served by Google. Those services have their own terms.
Disclaimer
Streemee is provided as-is. Availability of titles, air dates, and “where to watch” data depends on catalog providers and can be wrong or out of date. We are not responsible for what happens in a streamer’s app after you tap Open in….
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
