Streemee

How to use

Forgot again? You’re in good company.

Quick couch reads for the show, the streamer, and the night — with real Streemee screens. Streemee remembers. You can laugh about it.

How to use Streemee

Start by yourself — grab the app, find a few shows, build your list. When the other person on the couch is ready, share a household.

Download Streemee

Free on iPhone and Android. No streamer passwords. You’re building a tracker — not another place to watch.

  1. Get it on the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app. You’ll land on Home.

Streemee Browse

Browse for your shows

Tap Browse (or use search on Home). Filter by streamer if you want — or just hunt the titles you’re mid-binge on.

Add them to your list

Save titles so Streemee can remember progress, which streamer, and what’s coming up — before you invite anyone else.

  1. On a title, tap to add / save it to My Shows.
  2. Open My Shows — that’s your pile. Mark what you’ve already watched if you want.

Check what’s on

Today and Up next only care about shows you saved — so you’re not guessing what night drops.

Same household on iPhone and Android

One share group works across phones — iPhone with iPhone, Android with Android, or mixed. Same invite code or QR. Shared titles, watched marks, and Catch up stay in sync on both.

Create or join a household

One share group, two phones. One of you creates it. The other joins.

  1. Open the Shared tab (people icon on the bottom bar).
  2. Tap Create share group. You’ll get an invite code and a QR.
  3. They join by scanning the QR, typing the code on Shared, or opening a Share join link — works whether they’re on iPhone or Android.
  4. Same group. Either of you can leave and rejoin later with the code that’s showing.

Sync the list you already built

This is why solo first helps — you’ve got titles to push. The first share is a button you tap on purpose. After that, shared titles keep up on their own.

  1. On Shared, tap Sync my library to household, then confirm Sync N titles.
  2. On their phone: Shared → Refresh from partner now (or pull to refresh).
  3. Shared titles show under My Shows → Household. Personal is the private pile.
  4. New titles follow When I add a title on Shared: Shared with household goes to both of you; Just mine stays on your phone.

Mark watched for both of you — or just you

Open a shared show or movie. Check an episode, mark a season, or mark a movie watched. Streemee asks who it’s for.

  • Household — both of us — checkmark for both phones. Theirs picks it up on the next sync.
  • Just mine — only your checkmarks. You’ll see you’re out of sync until someone catches up.

Catch up when you’re not on the same episode

On a shared title, if one of you watched ahead, Streemee shows that you’re out of sync and a button: Catch up — match both of you.

What Streemee doesn’t do

Streemee does not play the show. When you’re ready, Open in… hands you to the streamer you already have. No streamer passwords. Forget the show. Forget the streamer. Forget the airdate. Streemee remembers.
