Streemee

Shared watchlist for couples (and roommates)

A shared watchlist for couples should answer one couch question: what are we watching together — without turning your partner into a spoilers feed for everything else on your phone. Same job for roommates who share a TV but not every trashy guilty pleasure. The list isn’t about performing taste. It’s about not arguing over episode numbers at 8:47 p.m.

The problem

One person is three episodes ahead. The other still thinks you’re “on the same show.” Continue Watching belongs to whoever held the remote last. You start a shared Notes list, add twelve titles, and never open it again. Decision fatigue isn’t the only pain — memory desync is. You also forget which streamer had the shared pick, so even when you agree on a title, you still hunt the icon row.

Schedules don’t match. Someone binge-watches at lunch. Someone else wants weekly drops. Without a shared source of truth for progress and air nights, “we’ll catch up this weekend” becomes three different weekends.

How people cope badly

Group texts become graveyards. Spreadsheets feel like homework. Couples-only swipe apps help you pick a night — then forget progress and airdates by morning. Public film social graphs are great for identity, less great for “did we finish that after the kids went to bed?” One partner becomes the unpaid librarian, texting screenshots until they quit.

Sharing a single streamer profile “solves” nothing when half your shows live on other apps — and it still exposes private watching you never meant to sync.

How Streemee helps

On iPhone, Streemee lets you invite a household. When you save a title, choose Shared or Just mine. Shared titles (and watched checkmarks) sync for the household. Private titles stay on your device — they never sync. That’s the whole privacy story for personal watching: no streamer login, no “everyone sees everything.”

For each shared show, you still get the rest of the tracker: progress badges, US where-to-watch, Today / Up next for episodes in the library, and Open in… when you’re ready to press play in the streamer app you already use. Household invite is on iPhone today; both of you can still track on the App Store or Google Play. Roommates and couples use the same idea: share the couch list, keep the solo list quiet.

Honest tracker disclaimer

Streemee is a tracker. It does not play shows or movies in-app. It does not log into Netflix or anyone else. It remembers what you saved, where it lives, and when new episodes air for titles you care about — then hands you off. Ads may appear in dedicated rails; Remove Ads is optional. Catalog from TMDB and TVMaze; providers via TMDB / JustWatch.

Product name is Streemee (CAM Software).

Forget the show. Forget the streamer. Forget the airdate. Streemee remembers.
